What is Seel Return Assurance?

Seel Return Assurance gives you peace of mind while shopping online. By purchasing Seel Return Assurance at checkout, you have the option to return items that are otherwise non-returnable.

What kind of returns are covered under Seel Return Assurance?

You can return items under Seel Return Assurance for any reason other than a reason due to merchant error. For example, you can return items because you don't like the fit, you don't like the color, or you simply changed your mind.

What kind of returns are not covered under Seel Return Assurance?

Seel Return Assurance does not cover returns that result from merchant errors such as sending you the wrong item, a defective item, the wrong size, or the wrong color.

What is a Return Assurance ID and where do I find it?

Your Return Assurance ID is a unique identifier for your Return Assurance purchase. It can be found on your order confirmation email from Seel.

How do I know if/when my return will be approved?

You will be contacted through email from Seel.

Why was my return not approved by Seel?

All returns must meet the terms of the return policy to be accepted. This includes initiating the return within the required time frame and making sure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that if you received the wrong item or a defective item from the store, it is the store’s responsibility to rectify the situation.

What happens if the store shipped me the wrong item?

If the store shipped you the wrong item, it is the store’s responsibility to send you a replacement or refund depending on their store policy. Please contact the store where you purchased your item.

What happens if the store shipped me a defective item?

If the store shipped you a defective item, it is the store’s responsibility to send you a replacement or refund depending on their store policy. Please contact the store where you purchased your item.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We will provide you a shipping label and deduct the return shipping fee from your refund as stated on the return policy.

How do I ship a return?

The product(s) must be in its original condition.  
The product(s) is returned with its original packaging.  
Include any of the following that came together with your item: free gifts, warranties, tags, manuals, other accessories.  
Attach the shipping label to the front of the package.  
Drop off your package at your nearest USPS store.

When can I expect the shipping label?

You will receive a separate email from Seel with your shipping label.

Where do I find my tracking number?

You will receive an email from Seel with your tracking number.

Can I return more than one item?

Yes, but they must be grouped by the same Return Assurance ID and packaged together.

How long do I have to ship my package back?

You have 7 days to return the package once your shipping label has been emailed to you.

What happens if I do not have the original packaging?

Although, we prefer the item being in the original packaging, a similar box will do.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your item has been received, inspected and approved by Seel, you will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed.

What happens if my return is not accepted?

If your return is not accepted after inspection by Seel, we would be happy to send the item back to you.

What if my item is damaged after I receive it?

Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. If your item is damaged or altered after you receive the item, you will  not be eligible for a refund under Seel Return Assurance.

Is Return Assurance refundable?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, Seel Assurance is non-refundable.
